Debt from fourteen years ago was the only thing keeping me from buying the home my wife and I had always dreamed of. Mr. Vullings and his staff were prompt, courteous, and genuinely cared about the problem my wife and I were having. Mr. Vullings fought hard for me, and thanks to him, my wife and I are closing on our house next week! Best of all, this cost me nothing out of pocket! I would recommend Mr. Vullings and his staff to anyone with credit issues! -Richard T. Philadelphia, PA

The Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (TCPA) was passed by the United States Congress in 1991. The current version of the statute is found principally at 47 U.S.C. 227. The TCPA is the primary law in the United States governing the conduct of telephone solicitations, i.e. telemarketing.
