Will Chapter 7 Bankruptcies Increase in Oklahoma?

Over the last several years, bankruptcy filings in Oklahoma have slowly declined. Many bankruptcy experts attribute the decline of the number of bankruptcy filings due to the recent economic recovery from the recession that began in 2007. Repossession of Your Vehicle and its Consequences

Under Oklahoma law, a loan company can take your vehicle at any time as long as it does not breach the peace.
